DPP 2011 | liturgy

liturgy

Every evening we sit at our table, light candles, read scripture and share the story of the coming King. It's become an important part of how we mark the season as a family, another part of our celebration.

  1. I am happy to have found your blog through the DPP 2011 facebook page :-) It's my family's first time celebrating advent and we are really enjoying it. I'll be interested in coming back here and reading more as you share about yours.
    Have a blessed weekend!

What a wonderful tradition :) Growing up, we celebrated Advent with my mother by lighting the candles on the Advent wreath each Sunday, and opening the little doors on our paper Advent calendars. I'm glad that there are others out there keeping the faith :)
